The concept is that if there is a problem with the workmanship or materials those deficiencies will show in the form of bubbling or peeling within the first two years, if not the first six months. Where Student Painters is different is in our ability to show you how often our warranty gets used. Less than 3% of our customers ever report warranty work. What this means is that we do it right the first time. As a consumer getting a guarantee is nice but what you would rather have is a product that works. That is what we have strived to achieve and that is what I believe the following information shows.

As proof of our quality and a challenge to our competitors we provide for you the following hard data. Below on this page are all five customers who reported warranty problems for the summer of 2001. On the following pages is the complete list of our more than 600 clients in 2000-2001 (those eligible for work in 2000). As you can see, less than 1% of our customers require any warranty work. We are very proud of this practical testament to the quality of our work.
