Here are answers to some commonly asked questions:

Q: Are you really students?
A: Yes. Student Painters recruits and hires college and university students from all over Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Western Montana.

Q: How do I know I'm getting a quality job?
A: Our employees go through comprehensive training on painting products and techniques. Additionally, they are supervised in the field by our executive staff. Less than 2% of our customers ever make warranty claims under our Two Year Guarantee, proving that we do it right the first time.  Click here to read about our House Painting System.

Q: What if I don't like the color?
A: Before your Student Manager buys the paint for your home, they will complete a test patch area so you can clearly see your selected color in action. Once you have finalized your decision, the details will be recorded on the job contract and initialled by you so there is no confusion.

Q: Do you warranty your work?
A: Yes. Student Painters provides a Two Year Written Guarantee of Quality on our work. In case you sell your home, our warranty is transferrable to the new owner. The best part about our warranty is that less than 2% of our customers use it and we believe that this is a testament to the fact that we do the job right the first time.

Q: Do you have insurance?
A: Yes. We hold Liability Insurance totalling $2,000,000.

Q: Are you licensed and bonded?
A: Yes. We are licensed and bonded in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana.

Q: What forms of payment are accepted?
A: We accept checks and credit cards (VISA and Mastercard).
