Q: Are you really students?

Q: How do I know I'm getting a quality job?
A: Our employees go through comprehensive training on painting products and techniques. Additionally, they are supervised in the field by our executive staff. Click here to read about our House Painting System.

Q: What if I don't like the color?
A: Before your Student Manager buys the paint for your home, they will complete a test patch area so you can clearly see your selected color in action. Once you have finalized your decision, the details will be recorded on the job contract and initialled by you so there is no confusion.

Q: Do you warranty your work?
A: Yes. Student Painters provides a Two Year Written Guarantee of Quality on our work. In case you sell your home, our warranty is transferrable to the new owner. The best part about our warranty is that less than 3% of our customers use it and we believe that this is a testament to the fact that we do the job right the first time.

Q: Do you have insurance?
A: Yes. We hold Liability Insurance totalling $2,000,000.

Q: Are you licensed and bonded?
A: Yes. We are licensed and bonded in Washington, Oregon, and Idaho.

Q: What forms of payment are accepted?
A: We accept payment by check or cash only.
